Primary care is the management of the whole person (physically and mentally) and all of its interrelated systems. It is also the care coordination to specialists when required, and knowing when to refer a patient and what services can be completed at the primary care office for efficient use of available health care services to reduce cost to the patient. Our Nurse Practitioner assesses, orders and interprets labs and diagnostic tests, diagnoses, prescribes medications, and manages the overall health and wellness of the patient.

Diabetes screening and management, hypertension screening and management, high cholesterol screening and management, thyroid disease screening and management, asthma and COPD screening and management, depression/anxiety concerns, insomnia, high stress levels, smoking cessation assistance, arthritis/joint pain/fibromyalgia concerns, gastroesophageal reflux concerns.
Annual physicals, referral for mammograms, colonoscopies, bone scans, and other recommended screenings, as well as referral to specialists when warranted, such as endocrinology, dermatology, cardiology, neurology, orthopedics and physical therapy.
