Vernon L. Naake, M.D.

Dr. Naake came to Colorado by way of Sacramento, California. After earning is BS in Biochemistry from the University of San Francisco, with magna cum laude honors, he and his wife moved back to her home state of Colorado. He attended medical school and chose a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. He then joined The Women’s Health Group and became a Managing Partner.

Dr. Naake is the Director of Women’s and Children’s Services Department at North Suburban Medical Center. In addition to contributing volunteer care at multiple clinics for the uninsured, Dr. Naake is the President of the Board of Directors for Clinica Colorado, a low-cost, non-profit clinic for North Metro Denver.

Dr. Naake believes that a woman’s health is a collaboration between her and her doctor. He enjoys this important relationship with each patient and strives to provide complete care so every patient can enjoy good health. Whether it is participating in family planning, the wondrous event of childbirth, or a complex minimally-invasive surgery, Dr. Naake is an advocate for women’s health in every stage of life.

Dr. Naake is an avid fisherman and enjoys skiing, hiking, and travel with his wife, Buffy and children, Wes and Morgan.
